Our Story

Pulled Perfection Catering is a family-run, home-based catering company in Sleepy Hollow, Gillette, Wyoming, specializing in slow-smoked meats and scratch-made sides for gatherings of all sizes.

My Nanny cooked for her family every Sunday after church, and it was always delicious. From a young age, I knew I wanted to do the same for my own family. I started paying attention, learning from Nanny, and soaking in every little detail of how she turned simple ingredients into something unforgettable.

As I got older, I began to branch out, mixing the traditions she taught me with a little science, a lot of practice, and inspiration from watching Alton Brown. I wanted to make food as delicious as possible while keeping the heart of what Nanny showed me: that good meals bring people together.

Family, friends, and good food connect people in a way nothing else can. That’s why I started Pulled Perfection, to share that same warmth and comfort with every plate we serve.
